Rosie Odonell Doesn't Need to Solve Depression by Hanging Upside Down - There's Another Way

Rosie loves children. She loves toys, and she loves the public. She doesn't need to hang upside down each day to manage her depression. Today, entertainment news, reported that Rosie was so depressed following the Columbine shootings in 1999, that she hangs upside down each day to manage her trauma. Rosie, there is another way!

I understand Rosie's depression following these school shootings at Columbine. It left many people feeling powerless to do something. It left many of us feeling "what is wrong with this world?" What is wrong with our homes that this could occur? What is wrong with our schools, that we need to now be fearful of sending our children to schools?

These are all excellent questions and we could address them for days, weeks or even years, far longer than this article. I think there is a shortage of treatment tools to help people deal with trauma and loss. After all, there must be a shortage of treatment tools to help people process grief and loss and particularly trauma, if Rosie spends her time hanging upside down. Even professionals aren't trained in ways outside of talking. It's no wonder Rosie resorts to such methods.

Rosie, you love children and you love collecting toys. Have you ever thought that it might be easier to process your grief and loss, and the shock and anger you must feel after experiencing these traumas from teddy bears?

Teddy bears can go beyond holding the teddy bear and speaking to it. That's primitive. It's old fashioned. There really is another method. Teddy Bears can be organized into models, and help you manage your depression.

Rosie, you are in television. You understand the need for quick methods. You understand that people don't spend the time seeking long term traditional psychotherapy to get results. I suppose that is why you hang upside down, but Rosie, I developed a faster way, to put a model of teddy bears together to help you manage your moods. It's fast and it works, and it is much easier on your body.

Teddy Bears are natural methods for managing pain and loss. They are natural tools for helping with depression. They are a given for understanding our reactions to acute trauma and stress, and you don't have to be a kid to understand them! The next time you are depressed, take your bears and learn from them. There really is an easier way on your body.
